Refund Policy

To Claim a Refund, You Must Provide:

• Official court documentation showing your DUI case was fully dismissed
• A valid purchase receipt from DUI-Help.org

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 10 business days after verification of court documentation. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not issued if:

• You fail to complete required reinstatement steps
• You miss court or DMV deadlines
• Your case results in conviction, suspension, or restrictions
• You decide not to use the service after purchase
• You purchased by mistake
• You purchased solely for personal convenience without engaging with the service

Cancellation Fee

Members who cancel their membership after enrollment are subject to a $200 non-refundable cancellation fee. This fee covers case setup, specialist review, and administrative processing that begins immediately upon signup.

This cancellation fee does not apply to refunds issued under our 100% Money-Back Guarantee. If your DUI case is fully dismissed in court and you provide the required documentation, you remain eligible for a full refund of your membership purchase with no cancellation fee deducted.

Services May Include, But Are Not Limited To:

• Preparing and submitting your DMV hearing request
• Securing or scheduling your DMV hearing
• Submitting authorization or representation documents
• Requesting and obtaining DMV discovery
• Communicating with the DMV or assigned Hearing Officer
• Reviewing the DS-367, arrest report, chemical test results, driving record, collision reports, and other evidence
• Reviewing the evidence and preparing your case
• Preparing objections, arguments, and defenses
• Preparing for the scheduled DMV hearing
• Handling continuances, rescheduling, or additional DMV communications
• Appearing at and representing you during the DMV hearing

Prorated Refunds Before the Hearing

Any refund requested before the DMV hearing has been attended will be determined based on the stage of the case and the services already performed.

For example, if DUI-Help.org has already secured your hearing, submitted representation documents, and requested discovery, those services are considered performed even if the discovery has not yet been received.

If discovery has been received and case review or hearing preparation has begun, those additional services will also be considered when calculating any applicable refund.

The $200 cancellation fee, along with the value of services already performed, will be deducted from any applicable refund.

Change of Attorney or Representative

Hiring another attorney, law firm, or representative does not automatically qualify you for a refund. You remain responsible for all services performed before your cancellation or change of representation.

Any cancellation request made before the hearing will be reviewed based on the status of the case, the work already performed, and the applicable $200 cancellation fee before a final refund amount is determined.

DUI-Help.org Membership — $595

Membership Cancellation

If you choose to cancel your membership after services have started, a $200 cancellation fee will apply, subject to the terms and conditions agreed to at enrollment.

Simply deciding that you no longer want or need the membership does not automatically qualify the purchase for a full refund.

Full Refund Based on DUI Dismissal / DMV Set-Aside

If you are requesting a full refund because your DUI was dismissed and the related DMV action was set aside, you must provide the following documentation:

1. DMV Set-Aside Documentation. Official documentation from the California DMV confirming that the DMV action related to your DUI was set aside.
2. Court Dismissal Documentation. Official court documentation confirming that your DUI charge or case was dismissed. The documentation should clearly show your name, case number, charge(s), and final disposition.

Both documents must be received and reviewed before eligibility for a full refund can be determined.

Physical Products (Roadside Kits)

For physical product returns, items must be in original condition, unworn/unused, with tags and original packaging within 10 days of receipt. Contact support@dui-help.org to initiate a return.
