To Claim a Refund, You Must Provide:

Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after verification of court documentation. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not issued if:
- You fail to complete required reinstatement steps
- You miss court or DMV deadlines
- Your case results in conviction, suspension, or restrictions
- You decide not to use the service after purchase
- You purchased by mistake
- You purchased solely for personal convenience without engaging with the service
Physical Products (Roadside Kits)
For physical product returns, items must be in original condition, unworn/unused, with tags and original packaging within 10 days of receipt. Contact support@dui-help.org to initiate a return.
