1. Consent to Receive Messages

By providing your phone number and checking the consent box on any DUI-Help.org form, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages (SMS and MMS) from DUI-Help.org, including but not limited to:

  • Case status updates and reminders
  • DMV hearing date reminders
  • Payment confirmations and payment link notifications
  • Appointment reminders
  • Document request links
  • Customer service responses
  • Service follow-ups

2. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with DUI-Help.org. You may receive up to 10 messages per month depending on your case activity and communication preferences.

3. Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. DUI-Help.org is not responsible for any charges from your mobile carrier.

4. Opt-Out

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. You may also text STOP to (916) 244-9700. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from DUI-Help.org.

Other opt-out keywords: STOPALL, CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE.

5. Opt-In

You may opt back in at any time by texting START, YES, or SUBSCRIBE to (916) 244-9700, or by submitting a new form on our website with the consent checkbox selected.

7. Consent Not Required for Purchase

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service from DUI-Help.org.

Supported carriers include but are not limited to: AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, Cricket, and other major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
